Our Cottages
At Northcote Manor Farm, no two cottages are quite the same and that is exactly how we like it. Each one has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and homeliness in mind, and each one has its own character, its own charm and its own little details that make it special. What they all share is a genuine warmth, a proper welcome and the whole of the North Devon countryside right on the doorstep.
Arranged around the courtyard, our five cottages have been lovingly cared for and are ready to feel like home from the moment you arrive. Whether you are looking for a cosy bolthole for two, a comfortable base for the whole family or somewhere to gather a group of friends for a proper countryside escape, there is a cottage here with your name on it.

The Hayloft
Perched at the top of the courtyard, The Hayloft is a characterful upside-down cottage full of warmth and charm. With stunning open-plan living beneath high exposed beams, three cosy bedrooms, a tucked-away mezzanine hideaway and a small, enclosed garden, at the front of the cottage — it is a special place to come home to at the end of a Devon day.

The Dairy
Sitting right at the heart of the courtyard, The Dairy is a warm and homely cottage, featuring a kitchen and living area on the ground floor, with a large bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms upstairs. It opens directly onto the courtyard, making it perfect for families or groups who want to be in the middle of everything Northcote has to offer.

The Granary
Tucked into the corner of the courtyard, The Granary is a cosy and charming cottage that feels like it was made for easy, relaxed holidays. With a kitchen and living room downstairs, two comfortable bedrooms upstairs and outdoor seating on your doorstep, it is a brilliant choice for friends or smaller families who simply want a lovely base to come home to.

Farm Cottage
Originally part of the main farmhouse, Farm Cottage is steeped in history and full of beautiful period features. With a traditional farmhouse kitchen leading through to a spacious living area downstairs and a large master bedroom and twin room upstairs, this is a cottage that feels deeply rooted in the story of Northcote — and utterly special because of it. Farm Cottage also has a private garden, where you can enjoy the peace a quiet of the farm.

The Stables
Tucked away on the far side of the courtyard, The Stables is a private and peaceful retreat with its own enclosed outdoor seating area and a wonderful sense of seclusion. Featuring a small kitchen and bathroom, a cosy living and dining area, one master bedroom and a twin bunk room all on one level, perfectly laid out for a family of four, it is the kind of cottage you settle into and never want to leave.
