The Swimming Pool
Make the most of our outdoor, covered, heated swimming pool - a great place to relax, have fun and enjoy a swim during your stay.
The pool is open seasonally from May to October, with opening hours of 8.30am–8pm. Measuring 8m x 3m, it has a depth ranging from 0.75m to 1.75m, making it suitable for both a refreshing dip and family fun.
The pool is shared between guests staying in our cottages and there is no booking system, so you can simply pop along whenever you fancy a swim. It isn’t always busy, as guests are often out exploring North Devon and enjoying the many beaches, attractions and activities nearby.
Whether you’re starting the day with an early morning swim or cooling off after a day of exploring, the pool is a lovely addition to your stay at Northcote Manor Farm.
The Games Room
Our games room is the perfect place for a little friendly competition and plenty of family fun, whatever the weather.
Challenge each other to a game of table tennis, pool or table football, or try your luck on our basketball game. There’s also a dartboard and a selection of board games and books, so there’s something to keep everyone entertained.
Whether you’re looking for a lively family tournament or somewhere to relax after a day exploring North Devon, the games room is a great space for guests of all ages to enjoy.
The Games Field
Our spacious games field is a great place for children and adults to get outside, let off some energy and enjoy some fun together.
There’s a fully enclosed trampoline, football goals, badminton net and swingball, along with a games box filled with equipment for a variety of outdoor games, including cricket, rounders and more.
Whether you fancy a family game of cricket, a kickabout, a few rounds of swingball or simply watching the children have fun, there’s plenty of space to play and enjoy the beautiful countryside surroundings.
